Wellness exercises

Well-being training focuses on finding and maintaining the balance of body and mind, reducing stress and increasing the overall quality of life. Well-being training includes various methods such as movement, breathing exercises, directing attention and holding different objects, which develops self-awareness through being in the moment and non-judgmentally observing your experiences. Regular practice of wellness exercises has been scientifically proven to increase concentration, reduce anxiety and stress, and improve overall well-being.

A self-aware development program for women in transition

Every stage of life is exciting and beautiful in its own way. The period of transition (pre-, peri- and postmenopause) offers a woman countless opportunities for change. It is a wonderful time to be or become your own best friend, think about the world and yourself in the world.

The self-awareness program is based on the practice of mindfulness (mindfulness), during which one learns to reduce the hormonal ailments that may occur during this sensitive period of life, as well as to increase resilience and joy of life by being in better contact with one's body, mind and emotions.

The length of the program is 3 months , during which it consists of 6 (virtual) sessions (once a week in the first month and once a month in the next two months).

You need a place where you won't be disturbed, a yoga mat or something else to sit on. And of course an open mind and desire to be the guide of your best life!

Forest immersion
(Forest Bathing), or well-being training in nature

Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing/therapy) as a new branch of science originates from Japan in the early 1980s and studies the physical, chemical, physiological and

psychological effects on people's health and well-being. Shinrin is Japanese for forest and yoku means immersion.

Nature and man belong together. Unfortunately, the industrial age, with its many benefits and abundance of information, has taken us away from the ability to stop and notice the surrounding natural environment, be it even a single tree or a cloud in the sky.

So far, scientific studies have proven that a conscious stay in nature for at least 120 minutes a week:

- Reduces stress (by lowering the level of stress hormones)

- Balances blood pressure and heart rate variability

- Strengthens the immune system (by increasing the activity of killer cells and the number of anti-cancer proteins)

- Reduces inflammation markers (cytokinins), which affect the course of both atherosclerosis and other inflammatory disease processes.

Psychological studies confirm as a result of Shinrin-Yoku:

- General life satisfaction and sense of well-being improves

- Sleep disorders, anxiety and depression symptoms decrease

- Autonomy (cognitive control over one's life) increases. In addition to the increase in well-being, the increase in autonomy is positively related to meaning and valuing of life.

Forest immersion is a great way to create and maintain contact with your team and nature.

NB! It is NOT alternative medicine or treatment. Contact in case of illness

to a specialist.

Mental health in the team

How about mental health? Modern times bring many challenges to both managers and employees. Well-functioning teams are characterized by a safe atmosphere and smooth cooperation. During the training, we look at the needs of employees based on the stages of the team's formation, appropriate management styles, and we create connections with mental health and its strengthening.
