My work as a coach is supported by 20 years of experience as a top manager and more than 10 years as a trainer. I have cried and laughed a lot in my life, been confused and discovered a new end of the road again. Rebooted myself internally. I have learned a lot in my thirst for knowledge and I will gladly pass it on to you.
My academic education, completed trainings and earned certificates have helped me to grow into a better leader and a science- and knowledge-based trainer-coach. That's why I'm also happier "at the top of grandma's apple tree" for my grandchildren. I will support you in every way and guide you in both individual and team development.
Mighty as an oak tree
I have chosen an oak as the logo. Oak is a long-lived tree. He can live to be several hundred, even a thousand years old. Just like us humans, we carry with us many beliefs and values from our families of origin. Unfortunately, they often do not support us, and this is how it happens that people fail to reach their true potential in life, because they have an old fear or a deep-seated belief that they are not worthy of success, joy and satisfaction in themselves. Life experiences of failure and human relationships at work and in private life can also reduce self-belief or hope. And yet in each of us there is a strong beginning and the power (an acorn with a hard shell) to grow and develop into a joyful and strong oak.
For development, we mostly need an increase in self-awareness, identification of our internal resources and alignment with values. It requires reflection and meaningfulness, therefore the logo is an oak tree as well as a brain. As a social being, a person needs others next to him to communicate with, to bounce his thoughts off of, and to get ideas and reflections from. Although our best teachers in life are painful experiences, in order to grow and develop we need a sense of security, an environment where we can show our vulnerability, only in this way we can turn life's lessons into success and joy. This is symbolized by the holding hands in the logo.

Exercises for well-being
Well-being training focuses on finding and maintaining the balance of body and mind, reducing stress and increasing the overall quality of life. Well-being training includes various methods such as movement, breathing exercises, directing attention and holding different objects, which develops self-awareness through being in the moment and non-judgmentally observing your experiences. Regular practice of wellness exercises has been scientifically proven to increase concentration, reduce anxiety and stress, and improve overall well-being.
Team development
Goals can be achieved with a group of people, among whom specific roles, tasks, and deadlines are shared. Creating a team, bringing it to a good cooperation phase and maintaining it requires effort from everyone, especially the leader, but also the members, which is why it is a time- and resource-intensive activity.
Personal development
I support the development of your individual potential so that you live a life full of joy. Personal coaching is a process that focuses on achieving your goals, personal development and awareness growth, removing obstacles and developing the necessary skills and strategies. The effectiveness of our cooperation largely depends on your willingness to contribute to the process, your desire to implement changes and learn from uncomfortable and difficult situations along the way. I also consider trustworthiness and confidentiality to be crucial in cooperation.
